St Matthew's Mail Magazine Subscription

If you would like to sign up to recieve a hard copy of the magazine posted to you each month, please download, print and complete and return the St Matthew's Mail Magazine Subscription form for 2024. If you would like the magazines to be posted to you, we shall require, along with this form, a book of 12 First/Second Class stamps with your name clearly printed on the cover. Please note that we only accept the new style stamps with barcodes.
